We’re two men - life partners, deckmates, and believers in the power of safe spaces.
The sea has always symbolized freedom for us. But real freedom isn’t just the horizon - it’s people who greet you with open hearts.
We started this project longing for a place where you don’t have to whisper, hide, or pretend. Where laughter is natural, a kiss needs no courage, and being yourself is just… normal.
Our story is simple: it’s about love, bravery, and the belief that everyone deserves to belong. Now we’re inviting you to write the next chapter with us - carried by waves of acceptance and joy.
We've been together over ten years – sharing countless memories, but the sea always felt different. It offers freedom, intimacy, and peace. The waves don’t judge. The sky doesn’t label.
One trip changed everything. We chartered a yacht hoping for calm, but the captain's coldness quickly turned into silent disapproval. We didn’t feel safe. The joy faded. We spent more time in cafés than on deck, hiding instead of celebrating.
We finally understood the fear many LGBTQ+ travelers face. Booking a dream trip shouldn’t come with anxiety. What if the captain stares? What if you can’t hold hands?
So we created Rainbow Waves – not as a business, but as a response. A space we wished existed. A yacht charter by the community, for the community.
We’re all in – leaving behind our stable lives to make this real. That’s why we chose crowdfunding: to keep this project honest and community-led.
