Terms & Conditions for Rainbow Waves Crowdfunding Rewards
Thank you for supporting Rainbow Waves – a dream born from the sea and for the LGBTQ+ community. This page outlines the reward rules related to our crowdfunding campaign. These rules apply to all backers who select a reward tier. Please read them carefully before confirming your contribution.
General Reward Rules
Rewards will only be delivered if the Rainbow Waves crowdfunding campaign is successfully funded.
All rewards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Rewards requiring shipping will be sent to the address provided by the backer. Estimated delivery times are provided for each reward, but delays may occur due to production, logistics, or maritime operations. Digital rewards will be delivered via email. Please ensure you provide a valid and monitored email address. Rainbow Waves reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the appearance or content of the rewards if necessary. All charter-related vouchers and experiences are valid until 31 December 2026, unless otherwise stated.
Rules for Charter & Experience-Based Rewards
Charter vouchers do not include fuel costs, unless explicitly stated. Food and beverages are not included, unless specified. All bookings are subject to yacht availability and must be arranged in advance. Naming rights (e.g., for cabins or the tender) must be politically neutral and free of offensive, discriminatory, or profane language. Rainbow Waves reserves the right to decline or modify a proposed name if it does not meet these criteria.

This reward will be delivered exclusively if the crowdfunding campaign is successfully funded.
The thank you email will be sent digitally to the email address provided by the backer.
Delivery is expected within 2 months after campaign completion.

Personalized Thank You Email
This reward will be delivered exclusively if the crowdfunding campaign is successfully funded.
Includes a personalized thank you email from both founders.
Delivery is expected within 2 months after campaign completion.

Lucky Cruise Number
This reward will be delivered exclusively if the crowdfunding campaign is successfully funded.
Each supporter will receive a unique Lucky Cruise Number via email.
All numbers will be included in a prize draw after the yacht’s launch event.
Winners will be contacted directly.
Delivery is expected within 2 months after campaign completion.

Supporter Certificate
This reward will be delivered exclusively if the crowdfunding campaign is successfully funded.
Includes a personalized Rainbow Waves certificate sent by email.

Rainbow Waves Nickname
This reward will be delivered exclusively if the crowdfunding campaign is successfully funded.
You will receive a fun and positive nickname created by the founders.
The nickname will be emailed as a digital certificate.

Secret Gay Captain's Tip
This reward will be delivered exclusively if the crowdfunding campaign is successfully funded.
Includes a unique, personal tip from the founders (fun, heartfelt, or fabulously unexpected).
Delivered digitally via email.
Delivery is expected within 2 months after campaign completion.
This reward is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Name on the Honor Wall
This reward will be delivered exclusively if the crowdfunding campaign is successfully funded.
Your name will be displayed on the official Rainbow Waves Honor Wall on our website.
Delivery and listing will be completed within 2 months after campaign completion.
This reward is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Supporters’ Book Feature
This reward will be delivered exclusively if the crowdfunding campaign is successfully funded.
Your name, message, and optional photo will be printed in the official onboard Supporters’ Book.
The book will be kept permanently aboard the Rainbow Waves yacht.
Delivery includes confirmation email and preview within 3 months after campaign completion.
This reward is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Selfie Postcard + Signatures
This reward will be delivered exclusively if the crowdfunding campaign is successfully funded.
Includes a limited-edition postcard featuring both founders and the yacht.
Each postcard will include printed (not hand-written) signatures.
Delivery expected within 6 months after campaign completion.
Shipping is included worldwide.

Virtual Yacht Tour & Q&A
This reward will be delivered exclusively if the crowdfunding campaign is successfully funded.
Includes access to a virtual yacht tour and your name featured in the credits.
Also includes an exclusive online Q&A session with the founders.
Delivery expected within 12 months after campaign completion.

20% charter voucher+gift pack
This reward will be delivered exclusively if the crowdfunding campaign is successfully funded.
Includes a 20% discount voucher on your future Rainbow Waves charter and a promotional gift pack.

Food and drinks are not included unless explicitly stated.
Booking is subject to availability.

Private Bay Dinner
This reward will be delivered exclusively if the crowdfunding campaign is successfully funded.
Includes a private lunch or dinner in a secluded bay for two people.
Includes a 25% charter discount voucher valid for up to 3 days.
Valid until 31 December 2026.

Free Day Cruising Experience
This reward will be delivered exclusively if the crowdfunding campaign is successfully funded.

Also includes a 30% discount voucher valid for up to 3 charter days.

Name a Cabin + 40% discount
This reward will be delivered exclusively if the crowdfunding campaign is successfully funded.
Includes naming rights to one guest cabin aboard Rainbow Waves.
Also includes a 40% discount voucher for your best charter experience.
Naming must be politically neutral and free of offensive, discriminatory, or profane language.
Valid until 31 December 2026.

Name the Tender Forever
This reward will be delivered exclusively if the crowdfunding campaign is successfully funded.
Grants lifetime naming rights to the yacht's tender (support boat).
